Howard R. (Randy) Brennan is a highly regarded mediator and attorney who has mediated thousands of disputes in all types of civil matters. Mr. Brennan has over 40 years of litigation experience in the Florida and Federal court systems. He has served clients as both plaintiff and defense counsel. He has been appointed by the court as a special master. He has served as an arbitrator. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit, County, Family and Appellate mediator. Mr.
Mr. Brennan is an approved mediator by the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is an approved mediator by the Florida Division of Financial Services.
Mr. Brennan is a Diplomat Member of the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has been a Certified Mediator since 2002. Mr. Brennan is a partner with the Law Firm of Brennan & Kretschmer.

Mr. Vocelle is a double Board Certified Civil and Business Trial Lawyer and has tried a wide range of cases including personal injury and death, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, fraud, shareholder derivative actions, construction defects, civil theft, insurance coverage disputes and many other complex matters. Mr. Vocelle has been arbitrating and mediating cases for over 30 years. In addition to serving as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Mr. Vocelle has also has experience serving as a court appointed Arbitrator and court appointed Special Master including a complex anti-trust case. Mr. Vocelle has extensive experience in complex civil matters and has been court appointed in hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts.
